Day 17
While Virginia may be for lovers, apparently its not for manners. Since we've gotten into the state, everywhere we've gone
(hotel and restaurant) has had really rude people, I'm not quite sure why. Maybe we've just had some bad luck. One thing I
forgot to mention yesterday - we had dinner at this place called "Logan's Roadhouse", I think its a chain as I remember
hearing about it in California. They have a bucket of peanuts on every table for people to eat, and then you just throw the
shells on the floor when you're done, the floor of the entire restaurant is just filled with shells. It was wicked tasty, I
wish there was one in NH.
Well - talking about the trip for a second - we left South Carolina this morning, and passed this huge peach on the side of
the road, I'm not sure if it was a water tower or just a big ... peach? You know how those kind of things are.
Yeah.

Also, I found out that my cup holder is actually the perfect size for certain types of subs!

Anyway - we drove through North Carolina, and arrived in Petersburg, VA. Not too much driving today, only about 6 hours.
The next two days will be about that much as well. A few things I've noticed - North Carolina has beaten everyone for gas
prices that I've seen - $1.63 per gallon, as opposed to the most I've seen, which was about $2.50 per gallon somewhere in
Nevada, almost a dollar difference, its amazing.
Tomorrow is the big day to visit Jay and Silent Bob's secret stash, there's so much stuff I want to get - Mallrats inaction
figures, Dogma inaction figures, the Mallrat's Blueprints, maybe a Night With Kevin Smith, can't wait! Sorry for not having
more pictures today, basically just driving and getting home at this point. We'll be hitting 8000 miles tomorrow!
